Dr. Guzzardo has been in practice since 1987 here at Guzzardo Chiropractic Center. He is a Detroit Michigan native and elected to do his undergraduate studies at Macomb County Community College. He then attended Life Chiropractic College West in San Lorenzo, California graduating in 1986. He is a board certified chiropractor in the state of Michigan and California. Dr. Guzzardo is versed in several full spine chiropractic techniques, such as Thompson Drop Table, Gonstead, Activator and Diversified. He has clinical interest and special training in whiplash injuries, disc problems, headaches and neck pain. He also treats sports injuries.

Dr. Guzzardo has been involved in health and nutrition and exercise all his life. His mission is to help patients help themselves to be healthier, more physically fit and less dependent on medication. He uses chiropractic adjustments, nutrition and exercise programs to accomplish these goals. He will do whatever in takes to help individuals help themselves achieve these goals.

Dr. Guzzardo has a family orientated practice; he adjusts patients ranging from ages 1 to 101. He takes care of sports injuries, auto accident injuries and workmen’s compensation injuries. He also adjusts pregnant women, chiropractic studies have shown getting adjusted throughout the pregnancy will give the patient a safer and faster delivery.

He has two grown daughters Sarah & Gina. Dr. Guzzardo comes from a big Italian family; he has four brothers and two sisters with a total of sixteen nieces and nephews. In his spare time Dr. Guzzardo enjoys culinary arts and fine wines. He listens to cool jazz and is a parishioner at St. Therese of Lisieux and is a member of the Italian/American Cultural Center.

Dr. Guzzardo encourages all residents or any one working in the area to get acquainted with our spa like office and our helpful & courteous staff.

Mark is a former college athlete with over 25 years in the Medical Exercise field. My passion lies in helping others to become empowered with their health and wellness!

Justina joined Guzzardo Chiropractic Center in August of 1992. She started as a part time co-op student, while she attended Chippewa Valley High School. She can answer (or find an answer) to all of your insurance questions. Justina enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is married to husband Victor with two beautiful children Antonina and Antonio.

Narmeen is originally from California and moved to Michigan 20 years ago. She has two teenagers whom she loves spending time with. In her free time, she absolutely loves to go boating and on girls trips.

‘I used to suffer from chronic migraines for almost 15 years. Since I started getting adjusted I no longer have headaches’.

Marissa has 5 years of experience with chiropractic care. She is from warren and graduated from Fitzgerald High School in 2013. In her free-time, she loves spending time with her friends and family, and exploring new cities! You can say Hi to her at the front desk during your next appointment.

‘Before being introduced to chiropractic care, I dealt with headaches along with neck pain. After seeing a chiropractor and getting an upper cervical adjustment, my headaches are non-existent’.

Izzy is a senior at Henry Ford II High School and is in the school-to-work program working at Guzzardo Chiropractic Center. In her free time, she loves hanging out with her friends and family. She also enjoys playing pickleball, painting and cooking.
